Thank you for choosing to submit your product(s)/service(s) for evaluation and possible approval for induction into A Prelude to Fashion™ Product Guide.
Product Submission Policy:
It is our policy to provide the highest quality evaluation and testing of products submitted to us for review. Products which are submitted for our review must meet our strict evaluation guidelines and obtain a minimum rating of "3", in order to be inducted and become a recipient of "A Prelude to Fashion™ Seal of Approval."
Please ship your products to the following offices for review upon completion of this form.
Evaluation and analysis for possible induction is generally completed within a MINIMUM of 15 business days following reception of product. This is depending upon number of products under evaluation at the time of your product(s) reception. By performing a thorough, rather than cursory evaluation of each product, we can ensure nothing but the very best in the product evaluation process results.
